Ahhh, what a wonderful night's rest. Frank and Lauren's guest room is perfect for post-maneuvers recuperation. Dark and cold, I woke up well rested. I slept so well, I asked if they wanted to adopt me. I didn't get a firm no, so there is hope.
I'm off in a few minutes, bound for Independence, MO. I've found a cool looking inn not far from the Harry Truman house. Should be interesting, hopefully I'll arrive before dark this time!
